Gaden paiak
dokato snimah dvora snoshti vidiah tozi paiak i go snimah. sled tova go napraskah s otrova i toi (vsashnost) tia si izpusa malkite paiacheta, koito si noseshe na garba - ama stotichi paicheta - zabelejete malkite tochki po garba na paiaka, tova sa malki paiacheta... gadno! no mislia, che gi umorih vsichki....
so last night i saw this spider - when i sprayed it with bug spray - it dropped HUNDREDS of little spiders and started running away (look at the little dots on its back - thats the little spiders).... nasty. i killed it.

Etara
Etara is a small village in the mountain that was transformed into an open-air museum. It presents the Bulgarian customs, culture and craftsmanship. It contains a total of 50 objects, including water installations and houses with craftsmen's workshops attached.

The Opera House - the buildings - new and old - have so much character and attitude
The was amazing - they are doing new construction of a hotel building but are using the existing facade of the building so the exterior walls of an existing building are braced to stay as the facade of the new building. so cool!
La Boqueria - the market was very close to our hotel and they had GREAT food. We had several meals there and had some of the best cafe con leche. I do love how the lady in the picture is smoking a cigarette and talking to the meat counter guy.... the place was just so alive....
I just kept taking pictures - everywhere you turn there was a cool view to be photographed.
